THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 33/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets;
Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Ministry and the Head of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the "Regulation on Protecting State Secrets in the Industry and Trade Sector" attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decisions: Decision No. 26/2005/QĐ-BCN dated June 1, 2005 of the Minister of Industry on the issuance of the Regulation on Protecting State Secrets in the Industry Sector; Decision No. 161/2005/QĐ-BTM dated February 1, 2005 of the Minister of Commerce on the issuance of the Regulation on Protecting State Secrets in the Trade Sector.
Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, and Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Industry and Trade Departments under centrally governed cities and provinces are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
