THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
On the basis of Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
On the basis of Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on the framework program for intermediate vocational qualifications and the framework program for higher vocational qualifications;
Considering the proposal of the Appraisal Council regarding the issuance of the framework program for intermediate vocational qualifications and the framework program for higher vocational qualifications for the profession "Industrial Electrical";
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration.
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision is the framework program for intermediate vocational qualifications and the framework program for higher vocational qualifications for the profession: "Industrial Electrical".
Based on the aforementioned framework programs, the Rectors of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate and higher levels shall determine, organize the appraisal, and approve the vocational training programs applicable to their institutions.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Vocational Training Administration, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate and higher levels for the profession "Industrial Electrical", and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
