MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and the Government Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Considering the Circular No. 2466/TTr-UBND dated November 1, 2007 of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province and the relic dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. National Relic Classification:
SON VI ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE
SON VI COMMUNE, LAM THAO DISTRICT, PHU THO PROVINCE
The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the relic in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the relics within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Tho Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
