Regarding the issuance of health standards for motor vehicle drivers on road traffic

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to the Road Traffic Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision are the "Health Standards for Motor Vehicle Drivers on Road Traffic".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. The provisions at point 3.1, item 3, part I of the "Health Standards for Motor Vehicle Drivers on Road Traffic" issued together with Decision No. 4132/2001/QĐ-BYT dated October 4, 2001 of the Minister of Health are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Permanent Deputy Minister, the Inspector General, the Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment, the General Director of the General Office of Population and Family Planning, and the Heads of Departments and Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry of Health; the Directors of hospitals and institutes directly under the Ministry of Health; the Directors of Health Departments of provinces and centrally governed cities; and the Heads of Health Services of relevant sectors are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
