Regulations on Economic and Technical Standards for Research Vessels

Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 25/2009/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2009 of the Government on comprehensive management of marine resources and environmental protection of islands;
At the request of the Director General of the Vietnam Agency for Marine and Island Affairs, the Heads of the Planning Department and the Legal Department,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. These Economic and Technical Standards for Research Vessels are hereby promulgated together with this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from February 15, 2010.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities along the coast, the Vietnam Agency for Marine and Island Affairs, Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
