Article 1. THESE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION OF VIETNAM DAY ABROAD ARE HEREBY ADOPTED TOGETHER WITH THIS DECISION.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MAY 20, 2010.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COUNCILS DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
