CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE PROGRAM ON PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN TEACHING METHODS FOR INCLUSIVE EDUCATION

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
WHEREAS, the Education Law on June 14, 2005;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
WHEREAS, the results of the Program Review Board's assessment of the Professional Training Program in Teaching Methods for Inclusive Education on November 13, 2009;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the Higher Education Department;
The Minister of Education and Training decides:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO the Program on Professional Training in Teaching Methods for Inclusive Education.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 20, 2011. The Program on Professional Training in Teaching Methods for Inclusive Education attached to this Circular shall be applied in teacher training universities and faculties of education assigned the task of professional training.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF RELATED UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, DIRECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES WITH EDUCATION FACULTIES, PRINCIPALS OF TEACHER TRAINING UNIVERSITIES, AND PRINCIPALS OF UNIVERSITIES WITH EDUCATION FACULTIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
