Circular No. 33/2010/TT-BNNPTNT Issuing the "Supplementary List of Breeds of Livestock Permitted for Production and Business"

CIRCULAR

ISSUING THE "SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF ANIMAL BREEDS PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADE"

WHEREAS, Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 and Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government stipulate the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

WHEREAS, Ordinance on Animal Breeds No. 16/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby promulgates the "SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF ANIMAL BREEDS PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADE" as follows:

Article 1. ANNEXED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE "SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF ANIMAL BREEDS PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADE" including the VCN-G 15 chicken breed.

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Livestock Production Department, the Animal Health Department, the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of the provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
