Issuing national technical regulations on veterinary hygiene conditions

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/CP dated January 3, 2008;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Veterinary Law dated April 29, 2004;
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issues national technical regulations on veterinary hygiene conditions:
Article 1. Attached hereto are 04 national technical regulations:
1. National technical regulation on water hygiene for animal husbandry.
Code: QCVN 01 - 39: 2011/BNNPTNT
2. National technical regulation on veterinary hygiene conditions for establishments dealing with veterinary drugs.
Code: QCVN 01 - 40: 2011/BNNPTNT
3. National technical regulation on hygiene requirements for the disposal of animals and animal products.
Code: QCVN 01 - 41: 2011/BNNPTNT
4. National technical regulation on veterinary hygiene conditions for establishments testing and trial veterinary drugs.
Code: QCVN 01 - 42: 2011/BNNPTNT
Article 2. This Circular takes effect six months from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of Animal Health, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing these regulations.
During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
