Decision on the continued implementation of policies to support relocation for settlement and habitation among ethnic minority groups until 2015

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

At the proposal of the Minister of Finance;

The Prime Minister issues this Decision regarding the continued implementation of policies to support relocation for settlement and habitation among ethnic minority groups until 2015.

Article 1. Permitting the extension of the implementation period of Decision No. 33/2007/QĐ-TTg dated March 5, 2007, and Decision No. 1342/QĐ-TTg dated August 25, 2009, of the Prime Minister until 2015.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from July 25, 2013.

Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
