Issuing National Technical Regulations on Variety Testing for Crop Plants

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; and Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government;

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Seedlings Law dated March 24, 2004;

Based on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Environment and the Director of the Crop Production Department;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby promulgates ten national technical regulations on variety testing for crop plants,

Article 1. Attached to this Circular are ten national technical regulations on variety testing for crop plants:

1. National Technical Regulation on Variety Testing for the Cultivation Value and Utilization Value of Cabbage Varieties.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from December 21, 2013.

Article 3. The Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Environment, the Director of the Crop Production Department, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

During implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals should promptly report them to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study and amendment./.
