Issuing the Regulation on Management of Ministry-level Scientific and Technological Tasks
of the Ministry of Science and Technologyệ

On the basis of the Law on Science and Technology No. 29/2013/QH13;
Pursuant to Decree No. 116/2008/ND-CP dated November 14, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;
On the basis of the Government Decree No. 08/2014/NĐ-CP dated January 27, 2014 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain Articles of the Law on Science and Technology;
At the proposal of the Director of the Planning and General Affairs Department and the Director of the Legal Department;
The Minister of Science and Technology issues this Circular stipulating the management of Ministry-level scientific and technological tasks of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the Regulation on Management of Ministry-level Scientific and Technological Tasks of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from December 20, 2014.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of Planning and General Affairs, the Director of the Finance Department, the Director of the Legal Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Science and Technology, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
