CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE "NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON SDH POINT-TO-POINT EQUIPMENT"
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on Telecommunications dated November 23, 2009;
Pursuant to the Law on Radio Frequency Spectrum dated November 23, 2009;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
The Minister of Information and Communications issues this Circular to regulate the National Technical Regulation on SDH Point-to-Point Equipment.
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the National Technical Regulation on SDH Point-to-Point Equipment (QCVN 53:2017/BTTTT).
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2018. The National Technical Regulation on SDH Point-to-Point Equipment with frequency range up to 15 GHz, designated QCVN 53:2011/BTTTT, issued by Decision No. 29/2011/TT-BTTTT dated October 26, 2011 of the Minister of Information and Communications shall be repealed from the date this Circular takes effect.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, Directors of Science and Technology Departments, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications, Provincial Department of Information and Communications Heads in centrally governed cities and provinces, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
