Issuing National Technical Regulations on
high-energy emulsion explosives for surface use
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives, and Auxiliary Tools dated June 20, 2017;
Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality dated November 21, 2007;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality; Decree No. 74/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality;
Pursuant to Decree No. 98/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 18, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection;
The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations on high-energy emulsion explosives for surface use.
Article 1. Issuing National Technical Regulations on high-energy emulsion explosives for surface use.
Code: QCVN 03:2020/BCT.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2021.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Department of Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection, the Head of the Science and Technology Department; Directors of Industry and Trade Departments of provinces and centrally-run cities; Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
