 CIRCULAR

REGULATIONS ON THE LIST OF GROUP B INFECTIOUS DISEASES TO BE PRIORITIZED FOR BUDGET ALLOCATION FOR MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND TREATMENT ACTIVITIES

Pursuant to the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment No. 15/2023/QH15 dated January 9, 2023,

Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2022/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

At the proposal of the Director of the Preventive Health Department;

The Minister of Health issues this Circular to regulate the List of Group B infectious diseases to be prioritized for budget allocation for medical examination and treatment activities.

Article 1. The List of Group B infectious diseases to be prioritized for budget allocation for medical examination and treatment activities includes the following diseases: Rabies; Tuberculosis; Tetanus; HIV/AIDS; Malaria; Human Swine Erysipelas; Anthrax; Viral Encephalitis.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2024.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Preventive Medicine Department, the Director of the Medical Examination and Treatment Management Department, the Inspector General of the Ministry; Heads of Departments and Directors of all Departments and Units under the Ministry of Health and related organizations, individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
