DECREE
No. 33 dated September 13, 1945
CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
In accordance with the declaration of August 28, 1945 establishing the Provisional Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam;
Considering that Mr. Pham Ngoc Thach, Minister of Health, has not yet arrived in the Northern region from the Southern region;
Considering the necessity within the Ministry of Health;
DECREE:
Article 1: Dr. Hoang Tich Tri is hereby appointed Deputy Minister of Health.
Article 2: The Ministers of Interior and Health are responsible for implementing this decree.
