OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 33/SL DATED JUNE 12, 1951
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 220 - SL dated November 26, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Economy;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 21 - SL dated May 14, 1951 renaming the Ministry of Economy as the Ministry of Industry and Commerce;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 7 - SL dated January 20, 1950 organizing offices and central agencies under ministries;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 22 - SL dated May 14, 1951 establishing the Department of Commerce within the Ministry of Industry and Commerce;
At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Commerce, approved by the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
Mr. Hoang Quoc Thinh is hereby appointed to serve as Acting Director of the Department of Commerce.
Article 2
The Minister of Industry and Commerce shall implement this Decree-Law.
