Regarding the issuance of the Auction Sale Regulation for State-owned Enterprises
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the State Enterprise Law dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 80/2005/NĐ-CP dated June 22, 2005 of the Government on the transfer, sale, lease, and management contracting of State-owned enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Auction Sale Regulation for State-owned Enterprises.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Boards of Directors of State-owned Corporations established by the Prime Minister shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
