DECISION

ON THE APPOINTMENT OF INSPECTORS (LEVEL I)

MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 on tasks, powers and responsibilities of State management by Ministries and agencies at ministerial level;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 on tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to the Council of Ministers' Decree No. 191/HĐBT dated June 18, 1991 promulgating regulations for Inspectors;

Pursuant to the professional standards for Inspector positions (Level I);

Considering the proposal by the Director of Inspection and the Heads of the Department of Organization and Cadres Training.

DECISION

Article 1: Appoint Mr. Tran Huy Truong, an officer from the Ministry of Finance's Inspection Bureau, to the Inspector position at Level I.

Article 2: Mr. Tran Huy Truong shall be classified in the salary grade for Inspectors (Level I) Grade 1/10 - code number 04.025 - coefficient 2.01, effective from May 1, 1995.

Article 3: The Heads of the Department of Organization and Cadres Training, the Director of Inspection Bureau, the Head of the Financial Management Department, the Director of the Ministry's Office, and Mr. Tran Huy Truong are responsible for implementing this decision.
