REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF REGULATIONS ON THE ASSIGNMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES FOR UNITS TO ENTER ANNUAL BUDGET EXPENDITURE PROJECTIONS INTO THE BUDGET AND TREASURY INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (TABMIS)

for implementing the annual central budget expenditure estimate import into the State Budget Management and Treasury Information System (Tabmis)

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Based on Decree No. 221/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 30, 2013 of the Government stipulating the system of applying administrative handling measures for placement in compulsory drug rehabilitation facilities (hereinafter referred to as Decree No. 221/2013/NĐ-CP);

Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

BASED ON Circular No. 107/2008/TT-BTC dated November 18, 2007, issued by the Ministry of Finance, guiding additional points on budget management and operation;

CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the State Budget Department and the Heads of units under the Ministry related to this matter,

DECISION:

Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO WITH THIS DECISION are the regulations on the assignment of responsibilities for units under the Ministry of Finance in entering annual central government budget expenditure projections into the Budget and Treasury Information Management System (referred to as TABMIS).

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance and replaces Decision No. 3294/QD-BTC dated December 28, 2009, issued by the Minister of Finance regarding the issuance of regulations on the assignment of responsibilities for units under the Ministry of Finance in entering annual central government budget expenditure projections into the Budget and Treasury Information Management System (referred to as TABMIS).

The Directors of the State Budget Department, the Administrative and Public Service Financial Affairs Department, the Investment Department, Department I, the Banking and Financial Organization Financial Affairs Department, the Debt and Foreign Financial Affairs Management Department, the Enterprise Financial Affairs Department, the Information Technology and Financial Statistics Department, the National Reserve General Department, the State Treasury General Director, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
