REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE POLITICAL DEPARTMENT UNDER THE HANOI FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING UNIVERSITY.

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and state management responsibilities of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

At the proposal of the following comrades: the Rector of the Hanoi Finance and Accounting University, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Organization Department, and the Training Department;

Article 1: The Political Department under the Hanoi Finance and Accounting University is hereby established.

Article 2: The tasks, functions, and working regulations of the Political Department shall be stipulated by the Rector of the Hanoi Finance and Accounting University. The staffing of the Political Department shall be within the total staffing of the Hanoi Finance and Accounting University.

Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Directors of the Cadre and Civil Service Organization Department and the Training Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, and the Rector of the Hanoi Finance and Accounting University are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
