Article 1. Establish the Political Office under the Rector of the Hanoi Finance and Accounting University.
Article 2. The tasks, functions, and operational regulations of the Political Office shall be stipulated by the Rector of the Hanoi Finance and Accounting University. The staffing of the Political Office shall be included within the total staffing of the Hanoi Finance and Accounting University.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Heads of the Cadre and Training Department, the Director of the Ministry’s General Office, and the Rector of the Hanoi Finance and Accounting University are responsible for implementing this Decision.
