THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/ND-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Revoke Decision No. 2158/QD-BNN-PC dated September 23, 2013 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on suspending the effectiveness of Circular No. 38/2013/TT-BNNPTNT.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from August 7, 2014.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office of the Ministry, the Heads of the Legal Department, the Director of the Crop Cultivation Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, centrally-administered cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
