DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the establishment of the Department of Mobilization and Awards
under the State Bank of Vietnam
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 122/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 4, 2005 of the Government stipulating the organization of commendation and reward work;
Considering the proposal of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam and the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Department of Mobilization and Awards under the State Bank of Vietnam is hereby established.
Article 2. The Department of Mobilization and Awards shall assist the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam in performing state management functions regarding mobilization and awards work as prescribed by law.
The Department of Mobilization and Awards under the State Bank of Vietnam shall have functional departments. The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam shall decide on the organizational structure, tasks, authorities, and staffing of the Department of Mobilization and Awards.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Ministers, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government Agencies, and Chairmen of Provincial and Central City People's Committees are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
