THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to the Law on People's Health Protection dated June 30, 1989;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to the Decision No. 2010/QD-BYT of the Ministry of Health dated October 28, 1996 promulgating the Regulation on vaccine registration and immunobiological products;
At the proposal of the Director of the Preventive Medicine Department - Ministry of Health.

Article 1. The List of types of vaccines and medical biological products produced abroad to be considered for registration for circulation in Vietnam in 2002 (with an attached list) is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from January 1, 2002 and replace Decision No. 4546/2000/QĐ-BYT dated December 13, 2000 on the issuance of the list of vaccines and medical biological products produced abroad to be considered for registration for circulation in Vietnam in 2001.
Article 3. The Preventive Medicine Department - Ministry of Health is responsible for notifying this Decision to vaccine and medical biological product manufacturing and trading enterprises.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Preventive Medicine Department and other relevant Departments of the Ministry of Health, the Director of the Vietnam Drug Administration, Heads of units under the Ministry, and Directors of Provincial Health Services directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
