REGARDING THE ASSIGNMENT OF GRADUATE EDUCATION TASKS TO THE PEOPLE'S PUBLIC SECURITY UNIVERSITY
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to Decision No. 224/TTg dated May 24, 1976 of the Government Prime Minister on postgraduate training within the country;
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Education and Training (document number 3086/SĐH dated May 12, 1995); the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (document number 741/TCCB-KH dated April 5, 1995); the Ministry of Home Affairs (document number 84/CV-BNV dated February 22, 1995);
DECISION:
Article 1. Assign graduate education tasks to the People's Public Security University.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, and the Ministry of Home Affairs shall define the fields of graduate education for the People's Public Security University.
Article 3. The Minister of Education and Training, the Minister of Home Affairs, the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, the Minister of Finance, the Director of the State Planning Commission, and the heads of relevant ministries and agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
