DECREE
REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THUAN DUC COMMUNE UNDER DONG HOI TOWN, QUANG BINH PROVINCE
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG BINH PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT;
DECREE:
Article 1.- NOW, ON THE BASIS OF 4,322 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 2,412 POPULATION OF PHUONG DONG SON; 206 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 238 POPULATION OF PHUONG BAC LY AND 350 POPULATION OF XA DUC NINH CURRENTLY BUILDING NEW ECONOMIC ZONES IN THE WESTERN PART OF PHUONG DONG SON, THE THUAN DUC COMMUNE UNDER DONG HOI TOWN IS ESTABLISHED.
THUAN DUC COMMUNE HAS 4,528 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 3,000 POPULATION.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF THUAN DUC COMMUNE: EAST ADJACENT TO PHUONG BAC LY, PHUONG DONG SON, XA NGHIA NINH, XA VINC NINH (QUANG NINH DISTRICT); WEST ADJACENT TO BO TRACH DISTRICT; SOUTH ADJACENT TO QUANG NINH DISTRICT; NORTH ADJACENT TO BO TRACH DISTRICT.
After the adjustment of administrative boundaries:
PHUONG DONG SON HAS 1,965 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 11,438 POPULATION.
PHUONG BAC LY HAS 1,019 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 12,282 POPULATION. XA DUC NINH HAS 10,650 POPULATION, WHILE THE NATURAL AREA REMAINS UNCHANGED.
Article 2.- This Decree takes effect fifteen days after its issuance. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
ARTICLE 3.THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG BINH PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AGENCIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
