REGARDING THE SUPPLEMENTATION OF ALUMINUM ALLOY PROFILES TO THE LIST OF MECHANICAL PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR INVESTMENT INCENTIVES AS ISSUED BY DECISION NO. 67/2000/QĐ-BCN DATED NOVEMBER 20, 2000 OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 74/CP DATED NOVEMBER 1, 1995 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY;
BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 67/2000/QĐ-BCN DATED NOVEMBER 20, 2000 OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY ON THE ISSUE OF THE LIST OF MECHANICAL PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR INVESTMENT INCENTIVES AS PROVIDED FOR IN CLAUSE I, POINT 5 OF RESOLUTION NO. 11/2000/NQ-CP DATED JULY 31, 2000 OF THE GOVERNMENT;
AFTER CONSULTING THE MINISTRIES OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT, FINANCE, AND THE DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT FUND;
AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND INVESTMENT DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. SUPPLEMENT THE LIST OF MECHANICAL PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR INVESTMENT INCENTIVES (AS PROVIDED FOR IN CLAUSE I, POINT 5 OF RESOLUTION NO. 11/2000/NQ-CP DATED JULY 31, 2000 AND RESOLUTION NO. 05/2001/NQ-CP DATED MAY 24, 2001 OF THE GOVERNMENT) ISSUED BY DECISION NO. 67/2000/QĐ-BCN DATED NOVEMBER 20, 2000 OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY WITH ALUMINUM ALLOY PROFILES.
Article 2. INVESTORS PRODUCING ALUMINUM ALLOY PROFILES SHALL IMPLEMENT PROCEDURES FOR OBTAINING PREFERRED LOANS IN ACCORDANCE WITH GUIDELINES FROM THE DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT FUND AS SET OUT IN LETTER NO. 268 HTPT/TDTW DATED MARCH 1, 2001.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS AND DIRECTORS OF AGENCIES UNDER THE MINISTRY, AND GENERAL MANAGERS OF ENTERPRISES PRODUCING MECHANICAL PRODUCTS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 1 ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
