THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 07/NQ-BCS dated December 2, 2002 of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
These regulations are hereby promulgated along with this Decision "Regulations on the Transfer, Rotation, and Temporary Assignment of Officials and Civil Servants of the Government Inspectorate."
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Technology Development and Television Company based on the reorganization of the following units:
- The Printing and Advertising Model Company.
- The Film Technology Center
- The Television Department under the Import-Export Materials-Electrofilm and Video Company. The Technology Development and Television Company is a state-owned enterprise operating independently under the Ministry of Culture and Information, having its own seal and bank account.
The Technology Development and Television Company has its headquarters at No. 31 Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Hanoi.
Article 2. The organizational structure of the Technology Development and Television Company includes:
- General Director of the Company
- Deputy General Directors
- Departments: General Affairs, Planning-Finance, Technical Management, Business Import-Export
- Centers, Workshops:
+ Film and Television Technology Center
+ Model Printing and Advertising Center. + Equipment Testing Technology Center.
+ Tekcast Printing Production and Business Workshop - Branch of the Technology Development and Television Company in Ho Chi Minh City.
Article 3. The Technology Development and Television Company shall have the following tasks:
1. Business Import-Export:
- Cultural materials, film; radio, television, electronics, sound, light, machinery, optics, telecommunications, electrical equipment, refrigeration equipment.
- Security testing equipment, measuring, experimental equipment, various types of generators, radio and television transmission systems, antennas, antenna towers.
- Printing industry materials and other equipment serving the culture and information sector.
2. Production:
- Model making, printing, advertising, printing of publications, other printed materials.
- Radio and television equipment; construction and installation of studios and auxiliary equipment.
3. Consulting design, technology transfer, technical services, installation and warranty of equipment permitted for business.
Article 4. Entrust the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Planning Department, and the Finance Department
- Accounting, to guide the financial, asset handover process, and organization for the Technology Development and Television Company;
The General Director of the Technology Development and Television Company is responsible for managing finances, assets, and personnel organization upon receiving the handover in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Article 5. The General Director of the Technology Development and Television Company is responsible for organizing, arranging personnel, and drafting the company's organizational and operational charter for approval by the Minister of Culture and Information.
Article 6. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 7. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Heads of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Planning Department, the Finance and Accounting Department, the Heads of related units, and the General Director of the Technology Development and Television Company are responsible for implementing this decision.
