Regarding the issuance of Vietnamese Standards
THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003;
WHEREAS the Quality Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999;
At the request of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing the following 6 Vietnamese Standards:
1. TCVN 7373:2004 Soil Quality - Indicator Value for Total Nitrogen Content in Vietnamese Soils
2. TCVN 7374:2004 Soil Quality - Indicator Value for Total Phosphorus Content in Vietnamese Soils
8. TCVN 7375:2004 Soil Quality - Indicator Value for Total Potassium Content in Vietnamese Soils
4. TCVN 7376:2004 Soil Quality - Indicator Value for Total Organic Carbon Content in Vietnamese Soils
5. TCVN 7377:2004 Soil Quality - pH Indicator Value in Vietnamese Soils
6. TCVN 7378:2004 Vibration and Seismic Motion - Vibration for Structures - Limitation Levels and Evaluation Methods.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette./.
