DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COLLEGE III POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COLLEGE III
THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
CONSIDERING the proposal of Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation at Circular No. 6723/TCCB-LD dated October 14, 2005 on the project to upgrade the Vietnam Post Workers' School into a Secondary Specialized School and based on the agreement of the Ministry of Education and Training at Circular No. 11118/BGD&DT-TCCB dated December 1, 2005 regarding the establishment of the Post and Telecommunications Information Technology College III;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Post and Telecommunications Information Technology College III shall be established based on the Vietnam Post Workers' School III.
Article 2. The Post and Telecommunications Information Technology College III shall have the following tasks:
- Training and enhancing cadres with secondary specialized education level and lower levels in the fields of Posts, Telecommunications, and Information Technology. - Conducting scientific research to serve economic and social development requirements.
Article 3. The Post and Telecommunications Information Technology College III shall be under the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation, subject to state management in education by the Ministry of Education and Training; the College shall operate according to the Charter of Secondary Specialized Schools issued by Decision No. 24/2000/QD-BGD&DT dated July 11, 2000 of the Minister of Education and Training; the College shall have legal personality, its own seal and separate account, with headquarters located in My Tho City, Tien Giang Province.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 5. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department; the General Director of Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation; the Heads of related units and the Principal of the Vietnam Post Workers' School III are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
