Regarding the merger of the Land Lamp and Chemical Trang Kenh Company into the Welding Rod Industrial Gas Company
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 180/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 28, 2004 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, and dissolution of state-owned companies;
Pursuant to Decision No. 88/2005/QĐ-TTg dated April 28, 2005 of the Prime Minister on adjusting the restructuring plan for some companies under the Vietnam Chemicals Corporation until 2006;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Chemicals Corporation at Circular No. 999/CV-HĐQT dated August 19, 2005;
At the proposal of the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Land Lamp and Chemical Trang Kenh Company shall be merged into the Welding Rod Industrial Gas Company under the Vietnam Chemicals Corporation.
Article 2. The Board of Directors of the Vietnam Chemicals Corporation is tasked with organizing the merger in accordance with current laws.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, the Board of Directors and General Director of the Vietnam Chemicals Corporation, the Directors of the Land Lamp and Chemical Trang Kenh Company and the Welding Rod Industrial Gas Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
