 DECREE

Regarding the establishment of the town of Cat Thanh under

Truc Ninh district, Nam Dinh province

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs and the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province,

DECREE:

Article 1. Establish the town of Cat Thanh under Truc Ninh district based on the entire natural area and population of Cat Thanh commune.

The town of Cat Thanh has a natural area of 830.01 hectares and a population of 14,577 people.

The administrative boundary of the town of Cat Thanh: East borders Viet Hung commune; West borders Truc Dao commune; South borders Hai Hau district; North borders Truc Tuan commune.

Article 2. This Decree shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Minister of Home Affairs, the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province, and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
