Regarding the issuance of Technical Safety Regulations for Rural Low-Voltage Distribution Networks

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

On the basis of Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to the Electricity Law dated December 3, 2004;

At the proposal of the Director of the Industrial Safety Technology Inspectorate,

DECISION:

Article 1. Issued herewith with this Decision are the Technical Safety Regulations for Rural Low-Voltage Distribution Networks.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 41/2001/QĐ-BCN dated August 30, 2001 of the Minister of Industry on the issuance of Rural Electrical Safety Regulations.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, Inspectors General, Directors of State-owned Enterprises under the Ministry, General Directors of Vietnam Electricity Corporation, Provincial Department of Industry Directors under central cities and provinces, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
