THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

On the basis of Government Decree No. 81/2013/NĐ-CP dated July 19, 2013 detailing some provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Handling Administrative Violations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 96/2002/ND-CP dated November 19, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the General Department of Customs;

Pursuant to Decision No. 15/2003/QD-BTC dated February 10, 2003 of the Minister of Finance regarding the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Customs Department of provinces, inter-provincial areas, and centrally governed cities under the General Department of Customs;

Considering the proposal of the Director-General of the General Department of Customs and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Affairs Department;

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. Establish the Post-Customs Clearance Inspection Division under the Customs Department of provinces, inter-provincial areas, and centrally governed cities under the General Department of Customs;

The Director-General of the General Department of Customs shall specify in detail the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Post-Customs Clearance Inspection Division;

Article 2. The Post-Customs Clearance Inspection Division shall have its own seal and bank account at the State Treasury in accordance with the provisions of the law;

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette, replacing Decision No. 37/2003/QD-BTC dated March 17, 2003 of the Minister of Finance on the establishment of the Post-Customs Clearance Inspection Room under the Customs Department of provinces, inter-provincial areas, and centrally governed cities under the General Department of Customs;

The Director-General of the General Department of Customs, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Affairs Department, the Director of the Ministry of Finance's Office, the Heads of related units and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
