CONCERNING THE ADOPTION OF THE INDUSTRY STANDARD "RAILWAY TECHNICAL GRADING"

MINISTER OF TRANSPORT

Pursuant to the Railway Law No. 35/2005/QH11 dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to the Construction Law number 16/2003/QH11 dated November 26, 2003;

Pursuant to the Government Decree number 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

Pursuant to the memoranda number 1554/VPCP-KG dated March 23, 2007 of the Government Office and number 828/BKHCN-TĐC dated April 9, 2007 of the Ministry of Science and Technology regarding the validity of industry standards;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the Vietnam Railway Administration,

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. The industry standard "Railway Technical Grading", registration number: 22 TCN 362 - 07, is hereby adopted along with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Departments of Science and Technology, Planning and Investment, Legal Affairs, Transportation, Directors of the Vietnam Railway Administration and the Quality Control and Inspection Bureau, General Directors of the Vietnam Railway Corporation, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
