Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
At the proposal of the Minister, Head of the Government Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision issues the Regulation on the establishment, organization, and operation of inter-sectoral coordination organizations.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the direct jurisdiction of the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
