Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;
BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 01/2007/QD-BLDTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating the Regulations on Framework Curriculum for Vocational Intermediate Level, Framework Curriculum for Vocational Associate Level;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE REVIEW BOARD REGARDING THE ISSUE OF THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL INTERMEDIATE LEVEL, FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL ASSOCIATE LEVEL FOR THE OCCUPATION "MEDICAL LABORATORY EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY";
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL INTERMEDIATE LEVEL AND THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL ASSOCIATE LEVEL FOR THE OCCUPATION: "MEDICAL LABORATORY EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY";
BASED ON THE ABOVE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM, THE DIRECTORS OF VOCATIONAL ASSOCIATE COLLEGES, VOCATIONAL INTERMEDIATE COLLEGES, VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, COLLEGES, AND UNIVERSITIES REGISTERED TO PROVIDE VOCATIONAL TRAINING AT THE INTERMEDIATE AND ASSOCIATE LEVELS SHALL DETERMINE, ORGANIZE THE REVIEW AND APPROVE THE TRAINING PROGRAM APPLICABLE TO THEIR INSTITUTIONS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, SOCIAL POLITICAL ORGANIZATIONS, PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING, VOCATIONAL ASSOCIATE COLLEGES, VOCATIONAL INTERMEDIATE COLLEGES, VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, COLLEGES, AND UNIVERSITIES REGISTERED TO PROVIDE VOCATIONAL TRAINING AT THE INTERMEDIATE AND ASSOCIATE LEVELS FOR THE OCCUPATION "MEDICAL LABORATORY EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY", AND RELATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
