Regarding the classification of national relics

MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM

Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;

Considering Circular No. 2466/TTr-UBND dated November 1, 2007 of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province and the relic dossier;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. National Relic Classification:

ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE

GÒ MUN

TỨ XÃ COMMUNE, LAM THAO DISTRICT, PHU THO PROVINCE

The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the relic protection areas in the dossier.

Article 2. People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the relics within their assigned tasks and powers in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Tho Province, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
