Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE "SUPPLEMENTAL LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADE IN VIETNAM", INCLUDING: ONE PURE RICE VARIETY, TWO MAIZE HYBRIDS, AND ONE GLUTINOUS MAIZE VARIETY (ANNEX ATTACHED).
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FORTY-FIVE DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANTING DIVISION, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE AND CITY DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
