At the proposal of the Director of the Quality Assurance Department for Forestry, Aquaculture, and Fisheries;
WHEREAS, THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS OF JUNE 29, 2006 AND DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 1, 2007 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS;
WHEREAS, THE LAW ON PRODUCT QUALITY AND COMMODITY QUALITY OF NOVEMBER 21, 2007 AND DECREE NO. 132/2008/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 31, 2008 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON PRODUCT QUALITY AND COMMODITY QUALITY;
WHEREAS, DECREE NO. 188/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 27, 2007 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE FOOD SAFETY AGENCY, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TRAINING DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
