Article 24REGULATING THE PROGRAM OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION ON PRACTICAL JAPANESE LANGUAGE

Pursuant to the Education Law on June 14, 2005; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Education Law on November 25, 2009;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 69/2017 ND-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;/BASED ON THE MINISTERIAL MEETING'S VERIFICATION REPORT ON THE CONTINUOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM ON PRACTICAL JAPANESE LANGUAGE, DATED DECEMBER 27, 2017;
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO REGULATE THE PROGRAM OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION ON PRACTICAL JAPANESE LANGUAGE.
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Continuing Education,
ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE PROGRAM OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION ON PRACTICAL JAPANESE LANGUAGE.
Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR APPLIES TO CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS, VOCATIONAL AND CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS, FOREIGN LANGUAGES AND COMPUTER CENTERS, AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IMPLEMENTING THE CONTINUOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM TO MEET THE NEEDS FOR LEARNING PRACTICAL JAPANESE LANGUAGE OF ALL STUDENT GROUPS AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 12, 2019.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE DIVISION OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION, HEADS OF RELATED UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENTS, HEADS OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS, VOCATIONAL AND CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS, FOREIGN LANGUAGES AND COMPUTER CENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Continuing Education, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Directors of Departments of Education and Training, the Heads of continuing education centers, vocational education and training centers, foreign language and information technology centers shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
