Amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 17/2019/TT-BGTVT dated May 3, 2019, issued by the Minister of Transport on the framework of passenger transport service fees on domestic air routes

Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated June 29, 2006 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Some Articles of the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated November 21, 2014;
Pursuant to the Law on Prices dated June 20, 2012;
Pursuant to Decree No. 177/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2013, promulgated by the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Prices, and Decree No. 149/2016/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2016, promulgated by the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 177/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2013, promulgated by the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Prices;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 56/2022/ND-CP dated August 24, 2022 of THE GOVERNMENT stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM CIVIL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION;
The Minister of Transport hereby issues this Circular amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 17/2019/TT-BGTVT dated May 3, 2019, issued by the Minister of Transport on the framework of passenger transport service fees on domestic air routes.
Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 17/2019/TT-BGTVT dated May 3, 2019, issued by the Minister of Transport on the framework of passenger transport service fees on domestic air routes
Amending and supplementing Clause 1 of Article 4 of Circular No. 17/2019/TT-BGTVT dated May 3, 2019, issued by the Minister of Transport on the framework of passenger transport service fees on domestic air routes as follows:

Article 2. Effectiveness and Implementation
This Circular takes effect from March 1, 2024.
The Director of the Office, the Inspector General, the Heads of Departments, the Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
