DECREE-LAW
NO. 34/SL OF APRIL 25, 1949
ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 191-SL dated May 28, 1948 appointing Mr. Nguyen Thieu Lau as Director of the Department of Statistics in the Ministry of Economy;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 33-SL dated April 25, 1949 merging the Department of Statistics, formerly under the Ministry of Economy, into the Presidential Office;
At the request of the Minister of Economy;
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: Appoints Mr. Nguyen Thien Lau as Director of the Department of Statistics in the Presidential Office.
Article 2: Repeals Decree-Law No. 191-SL dated May 28, 1948.
Article 3: The Minister of Economy and the Director of the President's Office shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
