BASED ON DECREE NO. 15/CP OF MARCH 2, 1993 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING MISSIONS, POWERS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR STATE ADMINISTRATION BY MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES EQUIVALENT TO MINISTRIES;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Pursuant to Circular No. 9512/TCCB dated December 28, 1994 of the Ministry of Health regarding the assignment of staff to attend a training course organized by OMS in South Korea;
At the proposal of the Director of the Management and Acceptance of Aid Board, the Head of the Cadres and Training Department,

Article 1: Assign Mr. Do Thanh Can, a specialist from the Management and Acceptance of Aid Board under the Ministry of Finance, to attend a course sponsored by OMS in South Korea, lasting one month starting from March 20, 1995.
Article 2: Mr. Do Thanh Can shall retain 40% of his salary and allowances as stipulated by current state regulations.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Directors of the Management and Acceptance of Aid Board, the Heads of the Cadres and Training Department, the Financial Affairs and Administration Department, and Mr. Do Thanh Can are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
