Regarding members of the National Committee for Air and Maritime Search and Rescue

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Following Decision No. 780/TTg dated October 23, 1996 of the Government Chairman,

DECISION:

Article 1. Appoint the following comrades as members of the National Committee for Air and Maritime Search and Rescue:

Chair: Comrade Tran Duc Luong, Deputy Prime Minister

Vice Chairs:

- Comrade Dao Trong Lich, Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army: Acting Vice Chair

- Comrade Bui Van Suoi, Deputy Minister of Transport

- Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Hong, Deputy Minister of Fisheries

- Comrade Nguyen Hong Nhi, Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam

Members

- Comrade Bui Ngoc Chau, Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration

- Comrade Mai Xuan Vinh, Commander of the Vietnam Navy Military Service

- Comrade Nguyen Van Coc, Acting Commander of the Vietnam Air Force Military Service

- Comrade Tran Hien, Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation.

Article 2. Duties and powers of the Committee: carried out according to the content of Decision No. 780/TTg dated October 23, 1996 of the Government Chairman.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Ministers of Ministries, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central cities, and the above-named comrades are responsible for implementing this Decision.
