Regarding the approval of the Operation Regulations of the Lottery Construction Fund Council for the Central Region

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the request of the Standing Board of the Lottery Construction Fund Council of the Central Region and the Director General of the Department of Financial Affairs of Banks and Financial Organizations;
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the operation regulations of the Lottery Construction Fund Councils of provinces and cities in the Central Region which have been approved by the Conference of Directors of member lottery companies.
The Standing Board of the Lottery Construction Fund Council of the Central Region is responsible for leading the Council to comply with the management regulations of lottery activities issued by the Ministry of Finance; managing lottery activities in accordance with the approved operation regulations of the Lottery Construction Fund Council of the Central Region.
Article 2. Departments of Finance of provinces and cities in the Central Region are responsible for directing all activities and creating favorable conditions for lottery companies to operate effectively and comply with the approved regulations under this decision.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 1, 2005.
The Director General of the Department of Financial Affairs of Banks and Financial Organizations, the Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Directors of Departments of Finance, and the Directors of lottery companies in provinces and cities in the Central Region are responsible for implementing this decision./.
