THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

Pursuant to Decree No. 22/CP dated March 22, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, responsibilities for state management and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

Based on Circular No. 1817/BXD-VKT dated October 11, 2001 of the Minister of Construction regarding the unification for the Ministry of Transport to issue and guide the implementation of "Standard Rates for Regular Maintenance of National Roads";

Upon the proposal of the following officials: Director of the Science and Technology Department, Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration,

Pursuant to …;:

Article 1. Attached herewith is the set of "Standard Rates for Regular Maintenance of National Roads" to replace the set of "Standard Rates for Management and Regular Repair of National Roads" temporarily issued pursuant to Decision No. 473/1999/QĐ-BGTVT dated February 13, 1999.

Article 2. This set of standard rates shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signing this decision.

Article 3. The Directors of the Departments of Science and Technology, Investment Planning, Finance and Accounting; the Directors of the Inspection and Quality Control Departments of Road Transport, and the Vietnam Highway Administration are responsible for implementing this decision.
