REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF BÌNH THANH ĐÔNG COMMUNE AND BÌNH THANH TÂY COMMUNE IN BÌNH SƠN DISTRICT, QUANG NGAI PROVINCE
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG NGAI PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1.- NOW, THE ESTABLISHMENT OF BÌNH THANH ĐÔNG COMMUNE AND BÌNH THANH TÂY COMMUNE ON THE ENTIRE AREA AND POPULATION OF BÌNH THANH COMMUNE IN BÌNH SƠN DISTRICT, QUANG NGAI PROVINCE IS HEREBY APPROVED.
1. BÌNH THANH ĐÔNG COMMUNE HAS AN AREA OF 1,350 HA AND A POPULATION OF 2,554.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF BÌNH THANH ĐÔNG COMMUNE: EAST ADJACENT TO BÌNH PHÚ COMMUNE AND BÌNH TÂN COMMUNE; WEST ADJACENT TO BÌNH THANH TÂY COMMUNE; SOUTH ADJACENT TO TỊNH PHONG COMMUNE (SON TINH DISTRICT); NORTH ADJACENT TO BÌNH HOÀ COMMUNE.
2. BÌNH THANH TÂY COMMUNE HAS AN AREA OF 1,220 HA AND A POPULATION OF 4,060.

Article 2.- This Decree takes effect fifteen days after its issuance. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3.- THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG NGAI PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AUTHORITIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
