REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SOME DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and state management responsibilities of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies, and Decree No. 22/CP dated May 22, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment;
At the proposal of the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, the Prime Minister;
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6 Establish some Departments under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment as follows:
1. The Department of Management of Industrial Science and Technology and the Department of Management of Agricultural Science and Industry based on reorganizing the Department of Technology Management.
2. The Department of Management of Social and Natural Sciences based on reorganizing the Department of Science Management. The specific tasks and organizational structures of these Departments shall be stipulated by the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Environment THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Any previous regulations contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, the Minister, and the Head of the Civil Service Organization and Cadre Board of the Government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
